			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday was Day 37 for me and it was a plyometrics workout. Im not sure if it is time for me to add some more carbs to my diet or what but I noticed that I was feeling a bit more fatigued during my workouts this week more than other weeks.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, I had an excellent workout! At the start of P90X I did not really like plyometrics, I can say now that it is one of my favorite workouts (cardio). If anything tells your body &#8220;HEY, your getting a great workout!&#8221; it is plyometrics.</p>
<p>I also posted my updated <a href="http://johnrp90x.wordpress.com/result-pictures/">DAY 30 PHOTOS</a> so you can check those out and see how my progress has been. (I also posted them at the bottom of this page but you can view the page to compare it to my day 1 photos.</p>

<p>Whats up everyone, Today was the completion of day 23 of my P90X experience and I gotta say, I already feel better than I have ever felt!!! (besides when I finished bootcamp &#8211; but I think I will feel better than that when I complete 90 days)</p>
<p>Today I had my first core synergistics workout and MAN WAS IT TOUGH!!! I was told that it was easier than plyometrics so I figured, piece of cake&#8230; YEA RIGHT!</p>
<p>I gotta say tho, this is probably one of my favorite workouts so far&#8230; It was tough and really worked me but it was a good hurt and a great challenge.</p>
<p>Overall, I liked it but dont be deceived, it was tough!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://johnrp90x.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/headache.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-71 alignleft" title="headache" src="http://johnrp90x.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/headache.jpg?w=300&#038;h=240" alt="" width="300" height="240" /></a>All day I was excited about today&#8217;s workout -Legs, Back &amp; Ab Ripper X, however, about an hour before my workout I got a pretty bad headache. This led me to asking myself &#8220;Should I do p90x with a headache?&#8221; I decided to go ahead and do my workout.</p>
<p>I was a little worried about not getting a good workout because I would not be able to push myself as hard as normal because it would cause my head to hurt more; however, I figured a workout that is not as good as my normal workout would be better than not working out at all!</p>
<p>During my leg exercises my head was not hurting that bad but when I did pull-ups it began to hurt quite a bit. I DECIDED TO PUSH THROUGH THE PAIN!!! Even though I was doing p90x while my head is hurting, I tried not to let it affect my workout.</p>
<p><strong>IT GOT BETTER!!!</strong> I would say roughly 30 minutes or so into the workout I began to notice my headache going away! It only hurt when I was doing pull ups at this point. By the time I was finished with legs and back and went into ab ripper x, my headache was gone!!! After finishing Ab Ripper X, I felt a million times better than when I started! (Mostly because I decided to BRING IT even though I had a headache.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not saying that P90X is medicine or that it will cure your headache but I will say that if you make sure you breath correctly and have good form, the &#8220;posture&#8221; and good blood flow may even get rid of your headache!</p>
<p>If your asking yourself &#8220;should I do p90x while I have a headache&#8221; than my response to you would be <strong>YES YOU SHOULD DO YOUR WORKOUT STILL REGARDLESS OF YOUR HEADACHE! </strong>If you can not bring it like you normally can,&#8230; THAT IS OKAY! Stick with it, do your best and forget the rest!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>yo yo everyone&#8230; I just finished day 15 and I gotta say I feel greater than I have felt in a VERY long time!!!</p>
<p>Today was chest &amp; back followed by Ab Ripper X&#8230; I notice a great deal of increase and endurance added at this point. I am able to hang with Ab Ripper X alot more and I am loving the chest and back workout!</p>
<p>I decided to take a photo after my workout just to show you all the progress that I am seeing already (ONLY AFTER 2 WEEKS!!!) The first picture is my day one results and the second picture is my day 15 results (today)&#8230; I cant wait to post my monthly update!</p>

It was very hard and I could tell it was working the HECK out of my legs (thats the brag about part.) however, It was extremely hard, and the fact that it is immediately followed by Ab Ripper X makes the entire routine that much harder!!!</p>
<p>I did notice that I was able to complete more of the Ab Ripper X routine with better form this time!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://johnrp90x.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/p90x_yogax.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-37" title="P90X_Yogax" src="http://johnrp90x.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/p90x_yogax.jpg?w=600" alt=""   /></a>I gotta say, I went into yesterdays workout thinking; &#8220;awesome, its yoga today. I get to take it easy and just stretch.&#8221; SIKE! I couldnt have been any farther from the truth!</p>
<p>So far, yoga x has been the hardest workout of them all. Yoga X challenged me in ways that I have never experienced. You would be amazed at how much pain and sweat comes from doing yoga.</p>
<p>After yoga x was finished, I FELT AMAZING! All of my sore muscles felt great and the this morning (day after yoga x) when I woke up. I felt wonderful! like I was ready to take on the world.</p>
<p>Final thoughts; I can tell yoga is probably going to be the hardest workout for me, but after it is over, it is the one I enjoy the most.</p>

I have never been this sore in my life!</p>
<p>The arms and shoulder workout for Day 3 was the easiest workout for me so far (not to be confused with an EASY workout&#8230; it was just a little easier on my body than the past few days but still very hard)</p>
<p>I am sore all over the place and in areas that I didnt even know I had muscles&#8230;haha. I am really diggin this routine and cant wait to see the results. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZciY7ymPmU">This guy is my motivation</a>.</p>

I went into today&#8217;s workout thinking, &#8220;Plyometrics?&#8230; shoot, who cant squat and jump around for an hour, this will be simple compared to yesterday&#8221;&#8230; SIKE!!!</p>
<p>Plyometrics aint no joke! If you want to get better at ANY sport&#8230; DO PLYOMETRICS! My legs were burning so bad, I could barely stand at times&#8230; after I was finished with the workout, I felt GREAT, however, during the workout, I was hurting!</p>
<p>I cant wait to see how sore my legs are tomorrow, good thing I am not a mailman or something like that.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it is Tuesday morning and I am feeling quite sore! I complete my first day of the P90X workout routine yesterday and it was pretty tough.</p>
<p>Day 1 was a &#8220;Chest &amp; Back&#8221; routine followed by &#8220;Ab ripper X&#8221; (the most extreme ab workout I have ever seen&#8230;) The chest and back routine wasn&#8217;t that bad, I just had to pace myself the first round and then &#8220;bring it&#8221; on the second round. Don&#8217;t get me wrong, it was very tough and put the hurt on me, however, it was manageable.</p>
<p>The Ab workout; on the other hand, was insane. I could not finish the routine with proper form! I did the full ab routine but I think instead of looking like the guys on P90X when doing the last few ab workouts, I was looking like a fish that was flopping around on the ground. (no joke)</p>
<p>My analysis of this program from my experience of day 1 is that this program is going to be tough and challenge me in every &#8220;physical&#8221; way possible! I know that if I stick to it and &#8220;bring it&#8221; for the next 89 days, I will LOVE the results.</p>
