DAY 37 – Plyo, Plyo, Plyo!!!
Yesterday was Day 37 for me and it was a plyometrics workout. Im not sure if it is time for me to add some more carbs to my diet or what but I noticed that I was feeling a bit more fatigued during my workouts this week more than other weeks.
Nevertheless, I had an excellent workout! At the start of P90X I did not really like plyometrics, I can say now that it is one of my favorite workouts (cardio). If anything tells your body “HEY, your getting a great workout!” it is plyometrics.
